We love our fries! Skin-on, real potato fries tossed in GYG's own Chipotle seasoning. Try with our range of GYG dipping sauces including Chipotle Mayo, Jalapeño Ketchup and Mex Chimi Mayo.
Guac, Queso and Corn Chips
A true labour of love, it took us 21 versions to perfect our crunchy, house-made corn chips! Pair them with our fresh Pico De Gallo salsa, delicious melted queso cheese or with our famous Guacamole! Our guac is prepared fresh daily, using only the best Aussie avocados and mixed with our beautiful pico de gallo, a splash of lemon juice, then seasoned to perfection.
Soft Serve
GYG's Soft Serve is made with real cream and contains no added preservatives. Available in a Cone, Sundae and Churro Sundae with our Dulce de Leche or Chocolate sauce! *Available at select locations.
Churros
There's no better way to finish off your GYG meal! Our hot and crunchy churros are quickly fried to order, then rolled in cinnamon sugar and served with your choice of decadent Dulce de Leche or pure Chocolate dipping sauces.

Free Range Chicken
After sourcing free-range Lilydale chicken, we hand-rub fresh Maryland fillets with GYG’s delicious Guerrero marinade then char-grill and dice, ready for your order. Our Spicy Grilled Chicken is served with a splash of GYG Hot Sauce to give it that extra kick. If you want to take your chicken to the next level, try it with our Mexican style pickles and a little bit of spice with our Smoky Chipotle Salsa. If you’re a spice lover, get even hotter with our Habanero Salsa!
Pulled Pork
Good pulled pork takes time! Our pork shoulder is seared and then slow-cooked for hours until it’s so tender it falls apart. We hand-pull the meat and season it with our delicious Tomatillo salsa, adding our GYG Hot Sauce for the Spicy option. Our Pulled Pork pops even more with pickled jalapenos and our spicy Habanero Salsa, or try adding a bit Smoky Chipotle Salsa if you want even more smoky goodness.
SAUTÉED VEGETABLES WITH GUACAMOLE
Vegetarian? No hay problema! We quickly sautée seasonal Australian vegetables and serve with our fresh, house-made Guacamole.
Slow Cooked Beef
We start by lovingly slow-cooking beef brisket until tender, then hand-pulling and seasoning with our Guerrero marinade to give it a deep and rich flavour. The result? Truly melt-in-your-mouth goodness! We suggest trying our Slow Cooked Beef with our Roasted Jalapeno Salsa to add a mild kick, or our Smoky Chipotle Salsa for a smoky flavour.

Ground Beef (Mince)
From Mexico to Guzman y Gomez, our Ground Beef (mince) is full of flavour and family heritage. Try it in our signature $3 taco or as a filling in your favourite GYG menu item. Add pickled Jalapenos if you want an extra hit of flavour!
SHREDDED MUSHROOM
After years of searching for the perfect plant-based filling to add to our menu, we finally found the one! Our Shredded Mushroom filling is a barbacoa style plant-based shredded Shiitake Mushroom made with smoked paprika, garlic and onion. This one is a must try - even for the carnivores!
